ELKINS — The eighty fifth Mountain State Wooded area Pageant’s Grand Characteristic Parade will kick off these days at 1:30 p.m. in downtown Elkins.
The parade will characteristic 99 entries, starting from floats to marching bands to politicians and native dignitaries.
State officers scheduled to participate within the parade come with U.S. Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, state Legal professional Normal Patrick Morrisey, state Agriculture Commissioner Kent Leonhardt and state Senator Invoice Hamilton.
The Mountain State Wooded area Pageant’s eighty fifth Queen Silvia, Anna Ruf, will preside over the parade together with her Royal Court docket and Maids of Honor, Miriam Christine Fath and Sophia Ann Shoemaker.
Pageant officers to be featured within the parade come with 2023 MSFF Director Normal Jon Morgan and 2023 MSFF Board President Ben Shaffer, in addition to a go with the flow bearing all of the 2023 MSFF Assistant Administrators.
