Frost delays start of 2023 PGA Championship at Oak Hill
The PGA announced Thursday morning that the first tee bar at Oak Hill has been delayed due to frost on the course. For the safety of the course, no one is allowed on the grass and the gates will not open until the frost has cleared. The new start time is unclear, although the PGA says it will begin approximately 75 minutes after practice facilities open. By 6 a.m. it was 29 degrees in Pittsford.
