The suspect in connection to the invention of a girl’s torso in a San Fernando Valley trash bin has been charged with homicide, the Los Angeles Police Division mentioned Thursday.
Samuel Haskell, 35, a resident of Los Angeles, is being hung on $2,000,000 bail.
Video proof from the scene of the stressful discovery in Encino led legislation enforcement to Tarzana on Wednesday. The investigation then resulted in the arrest of Haskell, who was once booked on suspicion of homicide. Haskell was once arrested at a mall in Topanga.
