Former child star Lindsay Lohan is about to become a mother.
The actress made the announcement on Tuesday by sharing a picture of the baby boy with “Coming soon…” written all over it. “We are blessed and excited,” she captioned it.
Viewers of Lohan’s former OWN documentary, Lindsey, you’ll recall that, in 2014, Lohan said in the final episode that she had a miscarriage during filming. This was the reason she temporarily refused to film the show which prevented her rehabilitation from getting serious. At the time, her denial raised concerns, prompting Oprah to meet with Lohan herself.
“No one knows this, and we can end [filming] After that,” she said through tears in the episode, “I had a miscarriage for those two weeks that I put off.”
Now 36, Lohan married Bader Shamma last year, though they kept their union quiet until July, when parent trap The alum referred to him as her husband on social media. The two were first linked in early 2020.
Shamma, a financier, is based in Dubai; Lohan moved to the United Arab Emirates in 2014, and has said she enjoys living a more low-profile life there.
