(FRC) rose 21.7% in premarket trading after closing about 62% lower on Monday. Shares of the regional lender tumbled even as US authorities moved to bankstop depositors following the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank.

(KEY) rose 13.2% after falling 27.3% in the previous session.
United Airlines
(UAL) was falling 6.1% after issuing a profit warning for the first quarter. The airline said it expects a loss in the period of 60 cents to $1 per share. Analysts had estimated an adjusted profit of 64 cents. United said demand was lower than expected in January and February and that oil prices and fuel spills “remain at high levels.”
gitlab
(GTLB), the DevOps software company, sank 33.2% in premarket trading after its revenue forecast for the fiscal first quarter and the year missed analysts’ expectations.

(AMC) was up 0.2%. The movie-theater chain is holding a special meeting Tuesday at which shareholders will vote on whether to increase the company’s stock authorization and convert AMC preferred equity units (ticker: APE) into AMC common shares. There will also be a vote on a 10-for-1 reverse stock split only if APE passes the measure.
Momentive Global
(MNTV) jumped 17.9% to $9.10 in premarket trading after SurveyMonkey’s parent agreed to be acquired by a group led by private-equity firm Symphony Technology Group for $9.46 per share, or about $1.5 billion.
